Agile Property Grant

Purpose

The Grant was provided by Agile Property Holdings to promote China's property development and to strengthen the relationship between the company and Yunnan University. It also aims to cultivate real estate technicians and managerial personnel as well as encourage students from low-income families to study diligently and assiduously.

Selection Scope

Grants may be awarded to the following students:

1. Juniors, seniors and master's degree candidates in their second or third year at the university who have financial difficulties and are majoring in the following ten subjects: civil engineering, urban planning, landscape architecture design, environmental engineering, urban management, engineering management, resources, environment and urban & rural planning management, law, electronic information engineering, and electronic information in science and technology.

2. Master degree candidates in their second or third year at the university majoring in human resources, business administration, financial management, finance, and tourism management.

Eligibility

1. Applicants shall love the motherland, abide by its laws and regulations, and observe all the rules of the university in an exemplary fashion.

2. Applicants shall be hardworking and good at learning and putting theory into practice. They shall be innovative and competitive.

3. Applicants must be from the groups and majors set out above under Selection Scope.

4. Applicants must be members of low-income families

5. Applicants must have organizational management capabilities. Student leaders shall be given priority.

In September every year

5,000 yuan ($754.4) each student

Grant Quotas

20 each year (15 undergraduates and five master degree candidates)
