The Second Artillery Force Grants

Purpose

The Second Artillery Force, the predecessor of The People's Liberation Army (PLA) Rocket Force, provides financial aid to prevent students in Yunnan University from dropping out due to poverty.

Selection Scope

Ethnic minority freshmen from low-income families

Eligibility

1. Applicants should be full-time freshmen.

2. Applicants should perform well in school and abide by the rules and regulations of the university.

3. Applicants should be excellent in learning (taking their examination results of the previous semester as a reference).

4. Applicants should be from ethnic minority groups.

5. Applicants' families must not be able to afford the basic education fees.

3,000 yuan ($452.6) each student
