The Journal of Tourism and Cultural Change (JTCC) is an international peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary journal. It critically examines the potential relationships, tensions, conflicts, and possibilities that exist between tourism and culture in an increasingly complex and globalized world.
JTCC provides a forum for debate on differing local, regional, national, and international understandings of identity. Economic restructuring, recognition of the cultural dimension of biodiversity and sustainable development, contests related to the impact of tourist behavior on cultural diversity, and multicultural ambitions are all important focuses of JTCC.
