Zhou Hui, former director of the Department of Scientific Research at Peking University, delivered a report on scientific development and technological management at Yunnan University (YNU) on Sept 17.

Liu Bo, vice-president of YNU, along with a number of other faculty members, attended the lecture, which was meant to bring technological management expertise to YNU and boost the development of its Double First-Rate Program. 

In Zhou’s report, he described the practices Peking University adopts to provide high-standard and personalized services for scientific researchers.
