A delegation from the Fudan Institute of Belt and Road & Global Governance at Fudan University on Jan 17 visited Yunnan University, also known as YNU, to discuss research achievements and cooperation, according to YNU officials.
Huang Renwei, executive vice-president of the BRGG, led the delegation. Officials from YNU's Institute of International Relations, Social and Humanities Science Research Affairs Office, Belt and Road research institute, and other departments, attended a meeting with the Shanghai delegation.
Representatives from the two universities briefed each other on the developments of their disciplines and especially on research achievements connected to the Belt and Road Initiative.
The two sides also discussed cooperation in academic research, personnel training, discipline development and the establishment of databases.
Officials said that both universities provided a great deal of service for the Belt and Road Initiative and conducted a lot of into it.
