Notice regarding undergraduate course make-up and delayed exams and the withdrawal and reselection of undergraduate courses in the spring semester of 2020

To all colleges (departments):

The university has decided to make the following adjustments to the spring semester of 2020:

1. Student registration

The commencement time for the spring semester of 2020 will be determined by the university according to the requirements of the relevant higher authorities, combined with the epidemic situation and the actual situation of the university. The official start time will be delayed and announced until further notice. Tell students do not return to school in advance without approval.

2. Make-up and delayed examinations

The make-up and delayed examinations scheduled for Feb 18-23 are postponed, until after the official start of the school.

3. Withdrawal and reselection of undergraduate courses

The deadline for the withdrawal and reselection of courses in the spring semester of 2020 is postponed to 12 am on Tuesday of the fourth week after the official start of the semester. Before the time, students can log into the teaching and administrative management system to complete course withdrawals and reselection.

Make sure each student is notified.
