YNU offers subsidies to young students in need

The Communist Youth League Committee of Yunnan University has offered a temporary subsidy to 44 youth league members at the university, due to their difficulties being faced especially during the period of the novel coronavirus epidemic, according to YNU officials.

Officials said the money being is given in line with management rules concerning disbursing of fees and represents the university’s commitment to caring for its young students.

YNU officials said that during the epidemic prevention and control period, the Communist Youth League Committee of YNU has spread the knowledge about virus prevention, encouraged young students to offer voluntary service and organized online committee activities and meetings, to enrich students’ study times during the outbreak.
