Central China Normal University president visits YNU

A delegation led by Hao Fanghua, president of Central China Normal University (CCNU), visited Yunnan University (YNU) on Aug 16.

Lin Wenxun, Party secretary of YNU, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and gave a brief overview of YNU's development in recent years. He expressed his desire to have closer connections with the century-old CCNU, which plays a significant role in China's pedagogical education.

Hao spoke highly of the prominent achievements made by YNU in "Double First-Class" construction and spoke of CCNU's ambition to have in-depth cooperation with YNU in disciplines such as ecology and political sciences.

The two sides exchanged ideas at the symposium for the next stage of their cooperation.
