YNU center passes re-evaluation by State

The advanced analysis and measurement center of Yunnan University (YNU) passed the re-evaluation of the national metrology certification college evaluation team of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Dec 20-21.

The evaluation results will become the basis for the State Administration for Market Regulation to make administrative licensing decisions.

Relying on an on-site evaluation, the evaluation team concluded that the center of YNU has a reasonable personnel configuration, good performance among instruments and equipment, standardized inspection and testing activities, and a good quality management system.

According to the statistical results of the evaluation team in December 2020, 78 centers  and laboratories of 58 colleges and universities in China received college laboratory qualifications.

The advanced analysis and measurement center of YNU is the only analysis and testing center in Southwest China's Yunnan province to be recognized by China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval.

The evaluation is meant to enhance the quality management and inspection and testing capabilities of the center.
