Alumni enterprises donate supplies to YNU

Yunnan Fengxun Media Co - an alumnus enterprise of Yunnan University (YNU) - donated 100,000 disposable medical masks to YNU on Dec 31, 2021.

Yunnan Fengxun Media Co, founded in 2007, is an information flow company targeting the college market. It covers more than 130 colleges and universities in Kunming, Guiyang, Chengdu, and Chongqing, with an annual consumer market of more than 50 billion yuan ($7.84 billion).

At present, the company's media share of colleges and universities in Southwest China ranks first, with media coverage reaching 90 percent.

Yunnan Shiju Industrial Co – also an alumnus enterprise of YNU - donated 1,000 barrels of disinfectant on Jan 3, 2022.

Founded in 2020, Yunnan Shiju Industrial Co produces and trades petroleum coke, petroleum coke powder, metallurgical coke, and more. The company provides customers with high-quality products, good technical support, and sound after-sales service, which establishes long-term cooperation relationships with numerous State-owned enterprises.

These donations fully demonstrate YNU alumni's social responsibility and deep concern for their alma mater.  In the future, relevant departments of YNU will arrange supplies to the front line of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control on campus.
