Yunnan University toasts Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games

To pay tribute to the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games – which opened on Feb 4 in China's national capital – the School of Marxism at Yunnan University, or YNU, recorded a course on ideological and political affairs.

The course at YNU analyzed what patriotism was and the relationship between patriotism and college students. Lecturer Tang Yanting took the title of "Chinese Feelings in Writing about Ice and Snow Events" and explained the three keywords of "transcendence", "confidence" and "responsibility".

At the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, China is widely said to have achieved its goal of a "wonderful, extraordinary and outstanding" debut, dedicated to the Olympic civilization and the progress of China's plan.

As a result, the Chinese civilization is understood to have connected with the Olympic Games once again, in a magnificent show of solidarity, peace and friendship for all mankind.

Tang asserted that YNU's students would also help assure the future of the country, the fate of the nation and the happiness of the people. This, she said, would advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
