Yunnan University, or YNU – located in Kunming, capital city of Southwest China's Yunnan province – is welcoming people from all walks of life to experience the wonderful sea of flowers there.

Among them are delicate and vivid begonias, which are to be found in nature in hillsides or along mountain streams, 50-1,200 meters above sea level. They are distributed in China's Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Yunnan provinces.

Pear blossoms have a well-developed root system and prefer good light and temperate conditions. For planting, it is advisable to choose gentle slopes with deep layers of soil and good drainage.

Cherry blossoms are native to Eryuan county in Lijiang city and in Huize county in Yunnan province. They are also distributed at the edge of high-altitude, sparse forests at around 2,600-3,900 m above sea level.
