A signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between Yunnan University or YNU and the China Post Group Co's Yunnan Branch was held on the university's Chenggong campus – located in Kunming, capital city of Southwest China's Yunnan province – on May 11.
Leaders and heads of departments of the two parties attended and Duan Hongyun, vice president of Yunnan University and Yan Ming, general manager of the Yunnan branch, gave presentations.

Both parties expressed their high hopes about cooperation moving forwards. They hoped they could complement each other's advantages, as well as contribute to their own development, the education development and the economic development of Yunnan.
Chen Keqing, vice president of Yunnan University, presided over the event. He said that caring for and supporting educational development required the participation of all sectors of society.
The signing of the accord between the two parties is expected to open a new chapter in the development of university-enterprise cooperation between YNU and China Post's Yunnan Branch.
With the joint efforts of both sides, relations between the two are seen being boosted, which is expected to yield good results.
