Recruitment fair for 2022 YNU graduates kicks off

Yunnan University (YNU) held a large-scale recruitment fair for 2022 graduates at Chenggong Campus on June 14.

A total of 127 employers from nine provinces and cities including Guangdong, Sichuan, Fujian, Guangxi, Henan, Yunnan, Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing attended the recruitment fair, involving 16 industries such as education, manufacturing, leasing and business services, construction, wholesale and retail, scientific research and technical services, and providing 4,330 jobs.

According to statistics, 78.5 percent of jobs are in Yunnan province, and 21.5 percent are outside the province. Among them, education, manufacturing and construction jobs are in the greatest demand, accounting for 54.9 percent of the total.

It's learned that nearly 1,000 graduates attended the job fair in search of jobs, more than 1,200 resumes were delivered, and more than 300 students reached initial employment intentions.

The university will cooperate with employers to carry out follow-up recruitment work, provide relevant guidance and services, and further promote employment for 2022 graduates.
