YNU's soccer project plan passed by national foundation

A meeting on China Soccer Development Foundation College Soccer Public Welfare project application was recently held online.

The meeting preliminarily determined the implementation plan of a project to be carried out by the university. The project aims to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to participate in soccer, promote soccer, and enhance college students' awareness of public welfare.

YNU has long focused on talent training, and this year it has carried out reforms on the sports student enrollment system, focusing on optimizing the structure of sports students. Chen said that YNU will strengthen cooperation between the School of Physical Education and the China Soccer Development Foundation to further promote and develop the sport in China.

Ma said that the foundation hopes to strengthen cooperation with YNU to carry out work related to soccer competitions, training and scientific research in the southwest region, and the promotion of the comprehensive development of soccer in China.
