YNU maintains stable university, enterprise cooperation

Leaders of Yunnan University (YNU) recently visited PowerChina Group Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co, headquartered in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province, to conduct a university-enterprise cooperation exchange.

Lin Wenxun, secretary of the Party committee of YNU, said that Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co supports the construction and development of the university, not only employing a large number of graduates from YNU, but also jointly promoting the internationalization of higher education and scientific research between colleges and enterprises in Yunnan.

In the future, Lin expressed hopes that the two parties will give full play to each other's advantages and help both parties develop to a new stage in scientific research, talent training, and student employment.

In addition to the fields mentioned above, Wang Shuping, chairman of the company, also expressed hopes of promoting deeper cooperation in corporate management.

Additionally, the alumni representatives of YNU working in the company put forward suggestions related to the university's talent training work based on their personal professional experience, which could help YNU's discipline development and talent training to better meet the needs of employers.
