Transportation

Yunnan University has very convenient transportation. Chenggong campus has two campus buses–Z52 and Z53–and is very close to a subway station, the Yuhua Public Transport Hub and a high speed rail station, Kunming South Station.

2.Kunming subways

The first-phase Lines 1 &2 run from 6:20–22:20, and the interval between two trains is about five minutes. One way from the departure station to the terminal takes 73 minutes and a round trip takes 155. Operation speed is 34.17 km/h, and the highest limited speed is 100 km/h.

The Kunming Subway switches from a fixed-fare to a distance-based fare schedule for all lines and fares at ¥2 or more.

From Kunming Changshui International Airport

Taking Airport Express Line 4 from the airport to the South Bus Terminal Station, then transfer to Line 1 to University Town Station. When you get off the subway, go to the Yuhua Public Transport Hub and take bus Z9 or Z53 to the campus.
