Yunnan University contributes to Wenshan's development

Yunnan University, Wenshan University, and the Publicity Department of the CPC Wenshan Provincial Committee jointly held an unveiling ceremony for the Wenshan High-Quality Development Joint Research Base as well as an academic seminar on interdisciplinary research for the high-quality development of Wenshan on Nov 11.

The Wenshan High-Quality Development Research Base is a collaborative effort among the above three parties, aiming to provide a new path for "university and local cooperation" and contribute wisdom to national strategies and local economic and social development.

During the seminar, Professor Guo Taihui and Deng Song, as well as Associate Professors Zheng Li and Zhu Jun from Yunnan University, delivered speeches on four topics.

The topics included "Promoting the University-Local Cooperation Mechanism at Yunnan University through the PI Organization Model", "Enhancing the High-Quality Development of Wenshan through Digital Governance in the New Situation", "Promoting the Comprehensive High-Quality Development of Wenshan Province with Characteristic Industries as the Starting Point", and "Perpetuating Wenshan's Red Cultural Resources to Forge a Strong Sense of the Chinese National Community".

Professor Xin Wenfeng from Wenshan College also presented a speech titled "Reflections and Suggestions on the High-Quality Development of Wenshan's Panax Notoginseng planting Industry", collectively providing academic support for the high-quality development of Wenshan.
