The Ministry of Education Research Center for Online Education recently announced the third batch of nationally and provincially designated exemplary courses for 2023. A total of 116 courses were selected nationwide, with three postgraduate courses from Yunnan University making the cut.
The selection aims to promote experiences in the creation of high-quality courses, use already existing high-quality courses as examples and role models, cultivate more exemplary courses, facilitate mutual learning of high-quality teaching models, and extensively exchange experiences in smart teaching.
Yunnan University's Graduate School has consistently attached great importance to curriculum development, encouraging teachers to continuously enhance their educational and teaching capabilities. The institution actively participates in curriculum development.
In applying for the "exemplary course" honor, the university recommended four postgraduate courses for submission. In the end, the courses "Organizational Behavior" by Professor Cheng Zhu, "Organic Functional Materials" by Professor Li Qiu, and "Guidance for Scientific Paper Writing" by Professor Li Shiyu were successfully selected.
