A team composed of experts from Yunnan University's School of Vocational and Continuing Education, the Kunming Education Science Research Institute, Kunming No 12 Middle School, and Kunming Guandu District Education Group recently visited Midu county in Yunnan province to advance university-local cooperation.
The experts carefully designed training content and conducted a targeted series of special lectures on the theme "Smart School Management and Professional Growth of Teachers for Primary and Secondary Schools".
Over 130 people participated in the training, including county-level school principals, township central school principals, and principals of various primary and secondary schools and kindergartens (including private ones) in Midu county.
The expert team addressed such topics as "Expecting Culture, Education, and Home", "Design and Practice of School Educational Reform", and "Reconstruction and Optimization of Principal Management Thinking" during the training sessions.
Emphasizing the integration of theory and practice, the lectures delved into interpretations of school culture and principal management culture. They analyzed how to advance high school education reforms according to the guidance of the college entrance examination, helping participants optimize their management thinking.
Yunnan University plans to adhere to the university-local cooperation agreement, leveraging its disciplinary and talent advantages to highlight distinctive features and further advance various assistance initiatives in Midu.
