YNU course, professor awarded

The "Virology" course developed by Professor Luo Kaijun and Associate Researcher Xiao Wei of Yunnan University (YNU) won the Excellent Team Award for Course Development. Luo was also awarded as an Excellent Expert in Resource Construction.

On Jan 19, the Office of Project Management for Teaching Resources Construction in Key Areas announced the list of excellent teams for course development and excellent experts in resource construction for 2023.

The "Virology" course is a new type of digital course that improves teaching quality through intelligent teaching applications.

In February 2022, the "Work Points of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education for 2022" was issued, which explicitly mentioned "accelerating the construction of new forms of teaching resources in fields such as heavy-duty gas turbines, virology, artificial intelligence, and national territorial planning".

The recognition of the "Virology" course is another important achievement for Yunnan University in the field of teaching resource development.
