This marks the second time that Yunnan University has dispatched a team to support Jinghong. In September 2023, Yunnan University sent a group of 40 teachers and students to 11 schools in eight primary and secondary schools in Jinghong for a four-month support program, effectively alleviating the shortage of teachers in subjects such as music, physical education, and art.
Before departing, the current team from Yunnan University underwent multiple rounds training of teaching and safety education, and invited the first group to share their experiences. In addition, they collaborated with the university's campus hospital to provide the team with medical training.
