YNU, Laos institute train information talents

Yunnan University (YNU) and the Laos Institute of Information and Communication Technology signed a memorandum of cooperation on April 8.

Hu Jinming, vice president of Yunnan University, and Padapxay Xayakhoth, director of the Laos Institute of Information and Communication Technology, delivered speeches and signed the memorandum on behalf of both parties.

Yunnan University and various sectors of Laos have a long history of friendly cooperation in the field of education.

This memorandum of cooperation focuses on the development of human resources and the training of high-level talents in the digital technology and the information and communication technology sectors.
