Recruitment event held at Yunnan University

Officials of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security led a delegation to Yunnan University on Sept 27 to conduct a recruitment event.

This event aimed to recruit talent in collaboration with the Panxi Economic Zone in the junction area of Panzhihua city and Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture.

Tang Niansheng, vice-president of Yunnan University, delivered the event's opening speech.

Zhou Xu, the second-level inspector of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced the province's economic and social development, highlighting its talent needs and recruitment policies for university graduates.

Key enterprises from Panzhihua and Liangshan gave presentations. Yunnan University alumni from Liangshan also shared their work experiences and insights.

A collaborative talent recruitment fair was also held at Yunnan University, where over 150 enterprises and institutions offered nearly 5,000 job opportunities. The event attracted more than 1,500 graduates from within and outside the university.
