Job fair brings together over 11,000 Yunnan graduates

A large-scale job fair tailored for Yunnan's 2025 university graduates was held on Oct 25 at Wendian Square on the Chenggong Campus of Yunnan University in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province.

The event hosted 362 employers, including 96 State-owned and central enterprises, 61 government and public institutions, and 205 high-quality private enterprises. Participants included the Shandong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources and Employment Service Center, Jingmen Talent Service Bureau, Shenzhen Talent Service Center, Chongqing Talent Exchange Service Center, Chengdu Talent Service Center, and Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Co.

The fair offered 20,513 job openings in manufacturing, construction, software, IT services, research institutions, and education sectors. Over 11,000 graduates from within and outside the province attended, actively exploring career opportunities.

The event featured career experience activities to help students gain insights into various industries. The atmosphere was vibrant, with dynamic interactions between graduates and employers. Graduates submitted 26,152 resumes, resulting in 6,729 preliminary employment agreements.
