Yunnan University hosted a graduation gala for the Class of 2026 at the Wendian Square of its Chenggong Campus on May 28, presenting an audio-visual celebration that blended patriotic sentiment with youthful aspirations.

The evening opened with choral performances and situational dramas by faculty and students, retracing the university's development since its founding in 1922 and highlighting its longstanding commitment to ethnic unity and regional development.

Through cinematic storytelling and stage monologues, the program revisited memorable moments from students' lives at Yunnan University – ranging from focused classroom study and active participation in campus events to the guidance of teachers and the companionship of peers.

The gala concluded with group dance performances and antiphonal singing by teachers and students, inspiring graduates to strengthen their ideals and convictions while continuing to build their capabilities as they enter the next stage of their lives.
