Yunnan University unveils renovated soccer pitch

The newly renovated soccer pitch at Chengdong Sports Field on the Chenggong Campus of Yunnan University opened on Sept 8, with an opening ceremony and a university-enterprise soccer friendly held on the same day.

The ceremony began with a lively dragon and lion dance performance. It was followed by the football friendly, featuring two matches.

In the first match, the Yunnan University faculty team faced the Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group team. The second match saw the university's women's soccer team take on the university's faculty team.
