A seminar on deepening Lancang-Mekong Cooperation was held on March 23 in Kunming, the capital city of Southwest China's Yunnan province.

The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation is a sub-regional cooperation mechanism jointly initiated and constructed by China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam in 2016. Through five years' development, it has become one of the most dynamic and fruitful cooperation mechanisms in the region.

The Report on the Development of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (2020) was also released during the event.
